Before you write
- Tell us your DAW, operating system and SUBSTANCE version.
- Describe what happened and what you expected to hear or see.
- Send a screenshot or a short recording if you can.
- Never post your full license key in a public message.
Installing on Linux
Extract the package, open a terminal inside the folder and run ./install.sh. Then restart the DAW and rescan VST3 plugins. The installer uses ~/.vst3 and does not need root.
Pro activation
Once the payment is approved you receive a key SUB-PRO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Open the plugin, choose ATIVAR PRO on the welcome screen and paste the key. Each Pro license supports up to two computers.
Changed computers or hit the limit? Write to support from the email used for the purchase. We reset the previous activation when needed.
The bass does not show up in the plugin
In the DAW, confirm the track is receiving the right input from your interface (for example Input 1), that monitoring is on, and that the plugin sits on an audio track and not a MIDI track. LIVE mode uses the real bass; HYBRID adds the neural layer on top of it.
Payment and license
Checkout is processed by Mercado Pago. The license is only created after approval is confirmed. If the email does not arrive, check spam and get in touch with the receipt or the email used for the purchase.
