Online purchases in Brazil

For purchases made outside a physical store, the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code grants a right of withdrawal within 7 days. The request must reach support within that window, from the email used for the purchase.

How to request it

  1. Send the email used for the payment and the Mercado Pago id or receipt.
  2. Put “SUBSTANCE refund” in the subject line.
  3. Once the purchase is confirmed, the license is revoked and the refund is requested through the applicable payment method.

Technical problem

If the plugin will not install or will not activate, talk to support first. We try to solve it first, and if there is no reasonable fix, we handle your request transparently.
